The problem — six signs
(Three or more sound like you? Keep reading.)
- You're hitting your usage limits "for no reason." There's a reason: something scheduled is re-reading the same big context every hour.
- You re-paste the same instructions. If you can't change a summary without pasting your prompt again, your system is the clipboard.
- Your AI forgets you. Preferences you set last month don't survive the thread.
- The same document gets analyzed twice — once by the sync, once for whatever you asked fresh.
- You have automations you ignore. A daily brief you stopped reading is still burning tokens.
- Everything runs on the expensive model — including the jobs that are lookup work.
None of these mean you bought the wrong tools. A daily-use system accretes.
What a Tune-Up is
One hour, your real system on screen — not a demo, not an audit deck. You talk, I watch, we fix. Everything we fix is installed and running in your account before the day is out. You don't get advice. You get a working system.
What you leave with
- Working skills installed — not instructions to follow; installed and tested in your account
- A plain-English map of everything you have, what each piece does, and what it costs you
- Your first two automations — built, installed, verified end to end
- An install guide written for your exact setup — the exact steps, the exact screens, nothing assumed
The rules I work by
- Shipped means installed. Nothing is "delivered" until it runs in your account.
- Additive first. Your existing setup is never torn out to make room.
- The plumbing is spelled out. You see what was built and why, in language you own.
- Your format, your words. Your best existing artifact becomes the system — an upgrade, not a replacement.
- UI paths verified, never assumed. If a guide says "click Settings → Scheduled," that screen exists in your tool.
- The price is fixed before work starts. No surprise bills.
How it works
- Answer three questions (below): what you run, what you re-paste most, your rough monthly AI spend.
- A 15-minute scoping of your stack — you get a fixed price before any work starts.
- The hour: your system on screen, findings and fixes in real time.
- Same day: the deliverable pack lands — installed, not pasted.
- Install verification is included. If a step doesn't match, you screenshot it and I adjust. Not new hours.
Pricing
| The Tune-Up | $1,250–2,500, fixed up front after the scoping call |
| Coaching | $250–400/hr — you drive, I build alongside you; early clients lock their rate permanently |
| Undocumented-system rebuild | $2,500–5,000, quoted after a forensic look, no surprises |
The intake — three questions
1. Which AI tools are you paying for today?
2. What hurts most — the thing you keep working around?
3. Roughly, your monthly AI spend?
